He has had many students go on to play baseball in college including at least 26 at the Division I level. He has helped over 68 students earn college scholarships for baseball including 43 here at Rouse in the last 8 years.

Coach Krempin hopes to continue to develop young men here at Rouse High School on and off the field and has a goal of reaching at least one more State Tournament! Rouse made it in 2021 with a wild run to State after finishing 4th in district. In 2024 Rouse dominated on the way to the State Semi final before losing in heart breaking fashion on the last play of the game.

2025 will see the Raiders come into the season with a bunch of new faces, but the work is being done to once again see Rouse hopefully make a run at another State Tournament. Rouse has been in the rankings almost every week the past 8 years and they have finished in the Final 8 Teams 3x out of the past 4 years.
